Canyoning Orlias

Canynoing is the descent into a gorge. Walking in the bed of the gorges and descending waterfalls by rope, using the technique of Rappel (belaying).  In small groups, 6 -10 people, always accompanied by at least two experienced  mountain guides / instructors.

The gorge of Orlias is situated above the village of Dion, Mount Olympus. After one hour walking on a marked path, we reach the top of the gorge. The route has 7, 10 to 30m belaying (rappel), waterslides and jumps! The waters are crystal clear and the route throughout is very green. The steady flow allows us descents throughout the summer.
